Welcome to Good 2 Know Testing Services LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website g2kdna.com (the “Site”) and our services. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Site. 

1. Use of Site

A. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of these Terms.

B. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Orders and Payments

 A. Order Acceptance

All orders placed through the Site are subject to our acceptance. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse to accept or cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, and without liability to you or anyone else.

B. Pricing

All prices posted on the Site are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling.

C. Payment

Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and payment must be received by us before our acceptance of an order. We accept various forms of payment, as indicated on the Site. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide to us.

3. Refund and Cancellation

 Cancellation Policy

• Standard Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment time to avoid penalties.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours or less of appointment will incur a cancellation fee of $25. 
• No-Show Policy: Failure to appear for an appointment without prior cancellation will result in the full charge of the service fee, and no refunds will be issued. 
• Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled once without any penalty if notice is given at 24 hours in advance.

Refund Policy

• Refund Eligibility: Refunds must be requested within 7 days of the original purchase date. Funds will only be issued to the original method of payment used during time of purchase.
• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after cancellation request has been approved.
• Refund request may take additional time to reappear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exceptional Circumstances

• Faulty or Damaged Kits: If you receive a faulty or damaged DNA sample collection kit, please contact us immediately at 1-877-425-3622. We will arrange for a replacement kit to be sent to you at no additional cost.
• Inconclusive Results: In rare cases where the test are inconclusive, we may offer a re-test at no additional cost.

4.DNA Testing Services

A. Sample Collection

You are responsible for collecting your DNA sample according to the instructions provided with your sample collection kit. Failure to follow these instructions may result in an unusable sample or inaccurate results.

B. Results

The results of your DNA test will be provided to you through the means specified on the Site. While we strive to provide accurate and reliable results, DNA testing is subject to various limitations and uncertainties. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or usefulness of the results.

 5. Same-Day Appointments 

• Booking window: Same-Day appointments must be booked at least 3 hours in advance.
• Availability: Same-Day appointments are not guaranteed and are based on the availability of staff and resources.
• Payment: The booking fee must be paid in full at time of booking.

6. Mileage Policy 

• Standard Mileage Rate: A flat fee of $25 will be charged for travel beyond a 25 mile radius from the main office or service provider’s location. 
• Extended Travel: For distances exceeding 50 miles, an additional fee of $1 per mile will be billed. Mileage is calculated from the starting location point to the appointment location and back to starting point.

7. Additional Parties

• Base Fee Coverage: The base testing fee includes up to three parties (e.g., one alleged father, mother, and one child).
• Additional Party Fee: For each additional (e.g., another child, alleged father, etc.), an additional extra fee of $100 will be applied. 
• Bulk Testing: Discounts may be available for more than three additional parties. Please contact our office for customized quote. Contracts are under special agreements. 
• Documentation: All parties must provide valid identification and consent forms before testing.

8. Intellectual Property 

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of Good 2 Know Testing Services LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Good 2 Know Testing Services LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Site; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Site.
